On Tuesday 2nd April 2019 we had the two special competitions for photographs taken on Practical Nights at CPA and for those taken on Club Outings during the year. As usual for our in-house competitions, the winning images were selected by the club members who each voted for their top images.
We have only a few Practicals during the season, and so this usually results in a small entry. This year was no exception with only 8 prints entered. Robert Sergeant won the Agnew Cup for his very creative image of Spiderman, taken when we had Superheroes NI at the club for a portraiture session.
There were 28 entries in the Club Outings competition, including images from the weekend trip to Co Sligo over the summer and the recent trip to Birmingham for the Photography Show. The Moucka Shield was presented to Vittorio Silvestri for a cracking macro shot.
