The Novice Print Competition is one of two new competitions for the 2023-24 season aimed at encouraging our Novice members to get involved in competitions against their peers.
Limited to a total of four prints per member, either mono or colour, the competition is judged by three Advanced members. This year that was our Chair, Robert Sergeant, along with Joe Carberry and Brian Maguire. Their selection was as follows:
1. The Salute – Leigh Baber
2. Afloat – Kim Haydon
3. Arches – Kim Haydon
Congratulations to Leigh as the inaugural winner of the Novice Print Trophy, presented to the club by Helen Honeyman.
